Pasta Pane Rustic Italian Bistro at 18 Park Ave. in Clifton Park has been sold to Nicholas Porreca, an employee at the restaurant. DZ Restaurants, owner of Pasta Pane and three other restaurants in Saratoga County, announced the sale Thursday. Porreca, the original executive chef when the place opened in 2010, said most of the current staff would remain in their positions. Read the Article>>
