Rachel Lane Director of Marketing and Internal Development
Rachel Lane attended Northeastern University in Boston, MA as an Organizational Communication and Public Relations major and is currently finishing a degree at Skidmore College. While attending school, Rachel was an event planner for the President’s office at Northeastern and worked in restaurants as a server and bartender in the evenings. She moved to Saratoga Springs in 2004.
In November 2006, Rachel joined David’s restaurant group as a server and bartender at Mare Ristorante. When Mare Ristorante was sold in May 2007, Rachel moved to Forno Bistro and became a server, bartender and head trainer for incoming staff. In the past two years, Rachel’s position has grown to Director of Marketing and Internal Development for DZ Restaurants, Inc.
